Mullai Academia International Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted an electronics and Arduino session for Grade XI students on 07 February 2026.
The session introduced students to the fundamentals of electronics, followed by demonstrations of various sensor technologies and applications. Students were guided through Arduino IDE with hands-on activities including LED blinking, digital sensor reading, and monitoring outputs using the Serial Monitor. The session concluded with a simple object detection demonstration, connecting concepts to real-world applications.
The session covered sensors such as IR sensor, LDR sensor, microphone sensor, human detection sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, barometer, UV index sensor, gas sensor, GPS module, ultrasonic sensor, heart rate sensor, flex sensor, temperature sensor, and humidity sensor.
Students were also introduced to a CubeSat (Cube Satellite) model, providing insights into sensor integration and space technology.
