Overview

Mullai Academia’s school programs offer students hands-on, experiential learning beyond the classroom, building practical skills, creativity, and confidence. Through workshops, internships, and interactive sessions, students explore STEM, digital skills, and innovative technologies.

Programs cover engineering and design (3D modelling, robotics, electronics), science and technology (physics, biology, biomedical labs, environmental awareness), mathematics and logical reasoning, and digital skills (AI, programming, data science). Simulation tools like PhET and Smartbox make learning engaging and interactive.

Students gain real-world exposure through mentorship, lab visits, and project-based learning, connecting theory with practice. Structured to foster curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking, our programs empower students to explore their interests, strengthen skills, and prepare for higher education and future careers.

Coimbatore (February 2026): Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) & Flow Visualization

Mullai Academia International Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted a technical seminar on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for Grade XI students on 07 February 2026.

The session introduced students to fluid flow behaviour and simulation-based engineering analysis used in modern engineering applications.

The seminar covered topics including:

  • Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
  • Basic fluid properties – density, velocity, and pressure
  • Understanding laminar and turbulent flow
  • Fundamentals of Navier–Stokes equations
  • Flow visualization techniques and simulation methods
  • Demonstration of CFD simulations and engineering applications

Students were also introduced to real-world engineering applications such as aircraft aerodynamics, automobile design, weather prediction models, and heat transfer systems, demonstrating how CFD tools are used by engineers to analyze and optimize fluid behaviour in real scenarios.

A structured introduction to fluid dynamics and simulation technologies, helping students understand how engineers analyze airflow, heat transfer, and fluid systems.

Coimbatore (February 2026): PhET Simulation – Motion, Force & Electricity

Mullai Academia International Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted an interactive science learning session using PhET simulations for Grade IX students on 07 February 2026.

The session introduced students to fundamental physics concepts through virtual simulations and computer-based experiments.

The program included topics such as:

  • Introduction to PhET simulation tools
  • Understanding motion, distance, speed, and time
  • Exploring force and its effects through simulations
  • Introduction to electric circuits and current flow
  • Interactive learning through visual experiments and student exploration

Students explored how these physics concepts relate to real-life situations such as vehicle motion, electrical appliances, battery circuits, and everyday applications of force and energy, making scientific learning more practical and relatable.

Coimbatore (February 2026): Logical Math Learning – Smartbox Platform

Mullai Academia International Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted an interactive logical mathematics session using the Smartbox platform for Grade V students on 07 February 2026.

The session introduced students to mathematical thinking through story-based learning, mental math techniques, and interactive digital games designed to strengthen logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

The program included topics such as:

  • Introduction to the story of Carl Friedrich Gauss and his mathematical brilliance
  • Logical reasoning and numerical ability exercises
  • Mental math techniques such as doubling and halving, rounding and adjusting, and intelligent estimation
  • Strategic thinking methods including eliminating options using unit digits
  • Interactive learning through Smartbox digital math games

Students also practiced applying these techniques in daily-life situations such as quick calculations during shopping, time estimation, number patterns, and problem-solving challenges, helping them develop confidence in mental mathematics.

A structured approach to logical mathematics learning enabled students to understand concepts through interactive activities, mental challenges, and game-based learning.

Coimbatore (February 2026): Electronics & Arduino Sensor Technology Session

Mullai Academia International Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted an electronics and Arduino session for Grade XI students on 07 February 2026.

The session introduced students to the fundamentals of electronics, followed by demonstrations of various sensor technologies and applications. Students were guided through Arduino IDE with hands-on activities including LED blinking, digital sensor reading, and monitoring outputs using the Serial Monitor. The session concluded with a simple object detection demonstration, connecting concepts to real-world applications.

The session covered sensors such as IR sensor, LDR sensor, microphone sensor, human detection sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, barometer, UV index sensor, gas sensor, GPS module, ultrasonic sensor, heart rate sensor, flex sensor, temperature sensor, and humidity sensor.

Students were also introduced to a CubeSat (Cube Satellite) model, providing insights into sensor integration and space technology.

Coimbatore (January 2026): PhET Simulation – Introduction to Scientific Simulations

Mullai Academia International Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with SRSI Matriculation Higher Secondary School, conducted a technical training session on simulation-based science learning for students on 24 January 2026 at the school’s Digital Classroom.

The program included:

  • Introduction to simulation-based learning
  • Overview of the PhET simulation tool
  • Exploring force through interactive simulations
  • Hands-on computer lab activities and student exploration

Students also learned how simulation tools are used in scientific research, engineering design, and modern education to test ideas, visualize experiments, and analyze real-world phenomena in a virtual environment.

Chennai (November 2025): CATIA – Mechanical Design

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in CATIA for School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • 2D and 3D coordinate systems.
  • Basics of technical drafting.
  • Hands-on creation of components (Cube, Nut, Bolt)
  • Surface modelling tools (Wheel, LEGO Block, Bottle design).
  • Real-time mechanical part modelling

A structured introduction to design fundamentals using CATIA V5, enabling students to understand and practice 3D mechanical modelling.

Chennai (November 2025): Robotics & PCB Design

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Robotics & PCB Design for School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • Electronic components and circuit design
  • PCB layout and routing using KiCad
  • Working with diodes and transistors
  • Microcontroller fundamentals
  • AI integration with microcontrollers
  • Sensor and actuator interfacing using PWM

A complete foundation in Robotics, Electronics, and PCB design, enabling students to understand modern hardware systems.

Chennai (November 2025): Artificial Intelligence & Digital Skills – Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing - TANCAM

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Centre of Excellence for Advanced Manufacturing – TANCAM, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Artificial Intelligence & Digital Skills for School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • Introduction to AI concepts and applications
  • Demonstrations of digital modelling technologies
  • Hands-on interaction with AI workflows
  • Exposure to industry-level equipment and tools

Students visited TANCAM (Tamil Nadu Centre for Advanced Manufacturing) for an immersive experience in AI tools and advanced digital technologies.

Chennai (November 2025): Biomedical Technology

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Biomedical Technology for  School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • Fundamentals of circuits and components
  • Hands-on transistor and diode experiments
  • C++ programming for microcontrollers
  • Digital signal simulation
  • DAC & ADC concepts using Arduino
  • Sensor integration: LDR, PIR, and biomedical circuits

A focused training program on electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and biomedical applications.

Chennai (November 2025): Commerce – Python & Data Science

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Commerce – Python & Data Science for School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • Python fundamentals and data types
  • Operators, conditional statements, and loops
  • Real-life problem-solving exercises
  • Lists, Tuples, Sets, and Dictionaries
  • File handling and functions
  • Introduction to NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib

Commerce students were trained in programming and introductory data science using Python.

Chennai (November 2025): Humanities – Research Methodology & Project Development

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, OMR, Chennai, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Humanities – Research Methodology & Project Development for School students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • Research design and social policy orientation
  • Data collection and sampling techniques
  • MLA, APA, and Chicago formatting styles
  • Proposal writing
  • Field visit to Anna Centenary Library for archival research
  • Final project review and feedback session

A complete foundation in academic research structure, writing, and field exploration.

Chennai/Coimbatore (2023- 2025): Empowering Young Minds Through
Aerodynamic Design - for School Students

Since November 2023, Mullai Academia International has been actively training school students in CATIA-based Aerodynamics and Glider Design, reaching over 150 students to date. This hands-on program introduces students to both hardware and software aspects of glider designing, providing a strong foundation in real-world engineering concepts. Offered in collaboration with Dileka Innovations, this course empowers young learners with practical skills and technical exposure, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry applications.

Coimbatore (May 2025): Bio Lab Training & Environmental Awareness Program for School Students

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women, successfully conducted a hands-on training program in Bio Labs for school students. The training covered a wide range of topics, including:

  1. DNA Isolation and Quantification

  2. Applied Biomedical Sciences

  3. Bioinformatics – Sequence Analysis and Protein Structure Prediction

  4. Laboratory Experiments in Microbiology and Biochemistry

As part of the valedictory function, Dr. Sathyan, District Environmental Engineer (DEE) from TNPCB, Palladam, addressed the students on current environmental challenges and sustainable solutions. He also distributed cloth-based bags and emphasized the importance of reducing plastic use, raising awareness on environmental responsibility.

Coimbatore (May 2025): Advanced Engineering and Programming for School Students

Mullai Academia International, in collaboration with Coimbatore Institute of Technology and the Tamil Nadu Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, successfully conducted a technical training program for 75 government school students across Tamil Nadu.
The program covered key topics such as:

  • 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Introduction
  • CAD/CAM Lab
  • Thermal Engineering and IC Engines
  • 5G Innovation Lab
  • Embedded C/Arduino Programming
  • Heat and Mass Transfer
  • Chemical and Technical Analysis
  • Chemical Reaction Engineering

This training provided students with hands-on experience and insights into various engineering fields, equipping them for future academic and career paths.

Coimbatore (April 2024): Hands on Training on cell Biology and Microbiology for School Students

The Hands-On Training on Cell Biology and Microbiology, conducted in April 2024, provided students with practical exposure to essential techniques in biological sciences. Organized to enhance laboratory skills and conceptual understanding, the program covered key areas such as microscopy, staining methods, cell structure analysis, and microbial culturing techniques. Participants engaged in guided experiments and interactive sessions led by experienced faculty and industry experts. This training aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world lab practices, fostering scientific curiosity and confidence among students aspiring to pursue careers in life sciences, biotechnology, and medical research.

Coimbatore (April 2024): Hands on Training in Robotics, Engine Assembly, Coil Winding, Ece/EEE, Data Analytics, AI Labs, Satellite, and Ground Station for School Students

In April 2024, Mullai Academia International organized an immersive training and exposure program covering Robotics, Engine Assembly, Coil Winding, ECE/EEE concepts, Data Analytics, and AI Labs. Designed to provide hands-on experience, the program introduced students to emerging technologies and real-world engineering practices. Participants explored cutting-edge innovations through interactive sessions and lab-based learning. A highlight of the program was the visit to a Satellite and Ground Station, offering rare insight into space communication and satellite technology. This comprehensive experience aimed to spark curiosity, build technical skills, and inspire students to explore careers in advanced technology and engineering domains.

Chennai (Nov 2023): Product Development Workshops for School Students

Mullai Academia International conducted Product Development Workshops designed to introduce school students to the fundamentals of innovation and design thinking. Through hands-on activities, students learned how to transform ideas into practical solutions, covering stages from concept creation to prototyping. The workshops encouraged creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving, nurturing young minds toward future careers in technology and entrepreneurship.
